Berkeley Rep seeks seasonal, part-time stage crew for its 2026-27 season in Berkeley. Reporting to the Stage Supervisor, crew members run scenery and properties tracks during technical rehearsals and performances, move scenery and props on and off stage quickly and safely in dark, fast-paced conditions, appear onstage for scene shifts when required, and help prepare and maintain backstage areas, scenery, props, and special effects. The schedule is typically six days a week, primarily nights and weekends, including long shifts during tech. Backstage or fly-house experience is desirable, along with the stamina to move objects up to 40 pounds, work at heights, and collaborate professionally with artists and other departments.
